How to lose weight on a vegan diet
I reconsidered writing this post for a few years. First, I do not believe that weight loss always = health. Second, I also don’t like using the word “diet.” When you use the word diet, it sounds like a temporary fix. Almost any diet works, if you stick with it. The problem is that diets are short-term solutions. What you really need to do is figure out something that you can stick with long-term. Fortunately, a plant-based vegan lifestyle is very sustainable, is very healthy, is better for the environment and reduces factory farming.
All of that being said, many people are struggling with their weight and looking for a solution. So, can you lose weight on a vegan diet?
