I love my Hyrdoflask and I use it multiple times every day. I’ve had a lot of people ask if they are worth the price, and the answer is yes! The Hydroflask is a great gift because it may not be something that mom would buy for herself.
Himalayan Salt Lamp
These little Himalayan salt lamps create a warm, cozy glow while emitting negative ions. Negative ions are a good thing, by the way.

Avoiding blue light close to bedtime can help melatonin levels. Yes, the Blue Light Blocking Glasses may look a little weird, but they are a great gift idea because many people are curious about them but do not have them. Give the healthy mom in your life a nice diffuser or a nice set of essential oils. If you have no idea where to start, check out my essential oils for beginners post for more recommendations. This kit from Plant Therapy is my favorite, and I use the oils in it daily.
Essential Oil Diffuser
Another great aromatherapy gift is an essential oil diffuser. Greenair makes great diffusers, I have two in my home that I’ve been using regularly for quite some time.
The InstantPot is such a game changer. It makes it easy to put together healthy meals quickly. Even if she already has an InstantPot, she may want a second one if she uses it regularly. Any of my family members reading this? Hint Hint.

Foam rollers are great to use after a gym session or even after yoga. They are an excellent tool to help with muscle recovery.
Meal subscription service
Give mom a break from cooking with a meal subscription service. There are many out there, but my favorite is Purple Carrot. Purple Carrot is completely plant-based and they make a great effort to reduce their environmental impact.
If a meal subscription service is out of your budget, a meal planning service like eMeals is much more affordable. A meal planning service can still go a long way to help any healthy moms life a little easier.
Back off kids, this isn’t for you! Okay, most healthy moms will probably share this with their kids. Yonanas turns bananas and other fruit into soft serve. I’m not sure how it works other than pure magic, but it’s so good and so healthy! Yes, you can do the same thing with a Vitamix blender, but if you don’t have one of those, the Yonanas machine is a great (cheaper) alternative.
If you do feel like going all out, the https://amzn.to/2wJdgzuVitamix is an amazing blender. It’s a great gift for anyone who loves smoothies or soups, but you can do so much more with it. If you’re on a tighter budget but still want to give an awesome blender, the Ninja is a less expensive but still high-quality option.

Thrive Market Membership
I love Thrive Market because they offer healthy staple foods at reasonable prices. On average, you’ll save 25-50% of the prices you’d find at grocery or health food stores. You can also shop by diet or lifestyle choices. Any healthy mom would love a membership so that she can order her favorite specialty foods at a discount all year.
